Registration open for our Spring 2025 Program!
Work with founder Margaret Izotov. She will guide students through a series of modules that are connected to our character trait of the month. Students will progress through a belt ranking system while learning about the different disciplines of martial arts such as traditional Shotokan karate, jiu jitsu, and boxing!

Students at Village Gate Academy will be picked up at school and walked to the park, where class will take place from 3:30 - 4:30 pm.
This class will be taught by Coach Margaret, more commonly known to the students as Miss Izotov. She has been training in martial arts for over 20 years, and is currently finishing her Master’s in Child and Family Development. She incorporates evidence based practices to improve social-emotional development, engagement in classes, and to make sure students are progressing to goals set at each module.
