In their first year, students master core fundamentals like proper technique, body awareness, and self-control while building confidence and discipline. As they progress, we introduce safe, supervised sparring scenarios where they learn to apply their skills under pressure—teaching them resilience, quick thinking, and how to stay calm in challenging situations.

We make getting started easy and affordable!

For kickboxing: Your child will need gloves and shin guards, which we offer at competitive prices for your convenience, or you can purchase them online if you prefer. We'll provide a recommended gear list to ensure you get exactly what works best for our program.

For jiu-jitsu: We keep gear requirements minimal—just make sure your child wears comfortable clothes! We do recommend a mouthguard for certain skill-building activities, but it's completely optional and can be purchased at any sporting goods store.

New to our program? No problem! We'll guide you through exactly what your child needs and when. Many parents start with just the basics and add gear as their child progresses and shows continued interest. Our instructors are always happy to answer gear questions and help you make the most cost-effective choices for your family.
